Are you a qualified Naturopath who is passionate about education and enjoys selling?  We are looking for someone who is confident supporting retailers and practitioners at all levels as an on-road Area Manager for NaturalMeds and FxMed for the entire South Island. The position would be 4 to 5 days a week to suit the successful applicant.

This position has a high-sales performance focus & expectation, so you would naturally need to be a people person and an excellent communicator. You would also be a fast learner and able to retain lots of information while being very well organised and computer savvy. In addition, a good understanding of sales reporting is important, including the ability to analyse and identify opportunities for growth.

NaturalMeds is a well-established and highly regarded distributor of the highest quality international supplement brands to retailers (health stores and pharmacies).

FxMed is a well-established and highly regarded distributor of trusted Practitioner brands from around the globe. We are passionate about Functional Medicine, offering functional testing and innovative, research-based nutraceuticals to a wide range of Practitioners.

You will need a full clean driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. Most of the driving is around the Christchurch area with outlying regions being mostly covered by flights and rental cars.  You could expect to be travelling outside of Christchurch for 3-4 days a week for 2 weeks per month so you would need the ability and desire to travel.

Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate. Qualified Practitioners of other modalities will be considered provided extensive knowledge of Nutrition and Medical Herbalism can be demonstrated. Previous industry experience in a sales role is desirable but not essential. Applicants must have the right to live and work in New Zealand.
