As a doctor, it’s not every day that you are given the opportunity to work and lead in a new and emerging field of medicine. Are you looking to be part of the movement in that change? Then this is what you have been looking for.

Medicinal cannabis and plant-based medicines have been stigmatised and made illegal for many decades but the tide is now turning. With greater access to these medicines, the need and calling for courageous clinicians willing to learn and consult is here, now.

This is your unique opportunity to make your mark on the history of plant based medicines in NZ.

An opportunity for you to learn and widen your clinical scope and develop new skills and expertise for the future.

The Cannabis Clinic was founded in 2018 and we have consulted with thousands of patients throughout NZ through both telemedicine and in person appointments, to use plant based medicines to improve their quality of life.

We believe in the use of plant-based medicine and work to advise, consult, prescribe where appropriate, follow up and care for our patients who rely on our services.

Our team of 11 doctors will help you with a vast wealth of expertise and scope to support you along the way. The clinic’s 20+ team is driven by passion and purpose – to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. We love what we do and we are confident you will love working with us.

The role will involve:

  • Consulting with patients and their families about specific health condition(s)
