We have developed a grandparenting process to recognise the skills and contribution of the doctors who have pioneered integrative medicine. To apply for grandparenting you must have been a doctor for a minimum of 10 years and practising Integrative medicine for more than five years.
This is the initial application to assess your eligibility to apply for the Fellowship.

This exercise plots your skill set, practice and knowledge against the realms of practice that have we have identified for the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine.
We recognise that not all doctors practise every realm of integrative medicine, you may specialise in one or more areas, you will not be penalised for this. This survey is an opportunity for self-reflection, it may be useful in identifying skills and knowledge gaps alongside your strengths.
